Company Driver Guide
Company Driver User Guide
For drivers attached to a company or agency account who follow assigned trips and complete them with passenger verification.
- Scope
- Drivers managed by a company or agency, without their own vehicle or finance management.
- Panel
- driver.viptigo.com
- Menus
1. Permission Scope
Vehicle, driver and finance menus are hidden for company-attached drivers; the company or agent manages them.
- The driver sees assigned or permitted requests only.
- Vehicle information is visible inside request details, but editing belongs to the company.
- Payout and finance records are handled by the company or agency account.
2. Dashboard and Requests
Dashboard summarizes current operations; Requests is the daily trip list.
- Track reservation time, passenger, phone, pickup, drop-off, passenger count, vehicle and status.
- Use search and filters to separate daily work.
- Open details for contact, route, payment/status and history.
3. Starting a Trip
A trip can be started only within the admin-defined minutes-before-reservation window.
- If the start action is unavailable, the trip may still be outside the allowed time window.
- Check passenger phone, pickup point, notes and vehicle before starting.
- Early start attempts are rejected by the system.
4. Completing with SMS Code
When SMS is active, the passenger receives the Viptigo trip completion code.
- Enter the code received by the passenger to complete the trip.
- Wrong code prevents completion.
- If SMS is not delivered, check phone data and contact operations.
5. Reviews, Notifications and Profile
The driver tracks feedback, operation messages and personal information.
- Review trip ratings after service.
- Check notifications for assignments, status changes and completion codes.
- Keep name, country code, phone and password current.
Critical Notes
- Hidden vehicle and finance menus are expected for company drivers.
- Trips cannot start before the configured time window.
- Passenger phone must be correct for SMS completion code delivery.
This guide is based on the actual panel menus, request screens, vehicle/work plan, finance and notification flows. Prepared from the current operation flow.
