1. Permission Scope

Independent drivers manage their own vehicle and finance records. The Drivers menu is generally not shown for this role.

  • Use Vehicles for vehicle data, images, work hours, blocked times and coverage.
  • Use Finance for payout tracking.
  • Use Requests for active and past trips.

2. Vehicle and Availability

Complete vehicle data is required for proper request matching.

  • Keep plate, brand, model, type, capacity and images current.
  • Define weekly work plan and use bulk copy actions when needed.
  • Blocked times make the vehicle unavailable.
  • Coverage determines service areas.

3. Request and Trip Management

Requests is the main screen for active and historical trips.

  • Track reservation time, passenger, phone, route, passenger count, vehicle, amount and status.
  • Open details for contact, route, price, payment status and history.
  • Trip start is limited by the admin-defined time window.
  • Trip completion uses the SMS verification code sent to the passenger.

4. Finance and Payout

Independent drivers follow their own finance records in the panel.

  • Use payout for earnings and payment status.
  • Read request amount, currency and payment status together.
  • For disputes, share request number, date and payment explanation with operations.

5. Notifications, Reviews and Profile

Correct notification and profile data is required for uninterrupted operation.

  • Follow assignments, status changes, SMS code and system messages.
  • Review service ratings regularly.
  • Keep country code, phone, name and password current.

Critical Notes

  • Missing work plan or coverage can make the vehicle unavailable.
  • Early trip start is rejected by the system.
  • Correct phone data is required for SMS completion codes.
