These terms define the rules for using the Viptigo website and related services.

1. Scope of Service

Viptigo provides digital transfer management infrastructure connecting passengers, drivers, agencies, and brokers.

  • • Transfer planning and booking workflows.
  • • Notifications and operational coordination.
  • • Payment and reporting support where available.

2. Account and Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

  • • Do not share account credentials with third parties.
  • • Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
  • • Users are responsible for consequences of incorrect/incomplete data.

3. Booking, Pricing and Payment

Prices are presented during booking and finalized according to service conditions.

  • • Promotions may apply only in specific periods and conditions.
  • • Additional services (waiting, route changes, etc.) may incur extra fees.
  • • Payment options may vary based on technical and legal availability.

4. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation and modification requests are assessed based on booking type and time remaining before service.

  • • Early cancellations may qualify for free or partial refunds.
  • • Last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full deductions.
  • • Force majeure cases are reviewed individually.

5. User Conduct Rules

All parties must use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

  • • Insulting, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
  • • System abuse, fake bookings, and manipulation are prohibited.
  • • Accounts may be restricted for unlawful use.

6. Driver and Passenger Obligations

Both parties have key responsibilities to ensure safe and smooth transfer operations.

  • • Passengers must be ready on time and provide accurate details.
  • • Drivers must comply with traffic and safety regulations.
  • • Vehicle suitability, passenger safety, and professional conduct are essential.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, visuals, and brand assets on the platform belong to Viptigo or its licensors.

  • • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
  • • Reverse engineering and unauthorized integrations are prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Viptigo provides services with reasonable care; however, liability may be limited in technical outages, third-party failures, and unforeseeable events.

  • • Force majeure events (weather, natural disaster, official restrictions, etc.).
  • • Third-party infrastructure outages (internet, payment providers, etc.).
  • • Errors or violations caused by users.

9. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended in case of violations.

  • • Fraud, abuse, or security violations.
  • • Activities contrary to applicable law.
  • • Repeated behavior harming platform operations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Competent courts and authorities are determined under Turkish law.
