This agreement explains the distance sales terms between the buyer and the service provider for transfer reservations made through the Viptigo website or mobile application.

By completing the booking and payment steps, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement electronically.

1. Parties

The service provider is the business providing transfer reservation and operational coordination services under the Viptigo brand. The buyer is the person or legal entity purchasing a transfer service online.

2. Subject

This agreement covers the rights and obligations regarding the sale and performance of the transfer service selected electronically by route, date, time, vehicle type and passenger details.

  • Pickup and drop-off points are shown in the booking flow.
  • Date, time, passenger count and vehicle type are confirmed by the user.
  • The total amount is shown before payment.

3. Service Details and Price

The service details consist of the information displayed in the booking flow. Pricing is calculated by route, vehicle type, date, time, passenger count, currency and additional services where applicable.

  • Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
  • Additional waiting, route changes, extra stops or special requests may be charged separately.
  • Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate fixed at booking may apply.

4. Payment and 3D Secure

Payments are processed through secure payment methods offered by the system. For card payments, 3D Secure verification is completed on the bank or payment provider screen.

  • Card details are not stored in Viptigo systems.
  • Payment is processed through bank or payment provider infrastructure.
  • If payment fails, booking confirmation may not be completed.

5. Service Performance

The transfer service is provided on the date and time stated in the reservation. Accurate passenger, phone, flight and address details are required.

  • The passenger must be ready at the stated time.
  • Flight changes or delays should be reported as soon as possible.
  • The user is responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Withdrawal Right and Exceptions

Services related to transport, accommodation, car rental, catering, entertainment or leisure to be performed on a specific date or period may be subject to withdrawal right exceptions. Since transfers are date and time specific, cancellation and refund terms are assessed under the separate cancellation and refund agreement.

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on remaining time before service.
  • Force majeure and operational impossibility cases are reviewed separately.
  • Refunds may be returned to the same payment method or a method supported by the provider.

7. User Obligations

The user is responsible for the accuracy of booking information and compliance with service rules.

  • Provide real name, contact and route details.
  • Report luggage, child seat, pet or special needs in advance.
  • Avoid behavior that risks vehicle or driver safety.

8. Provider Obligations

Viptigo coordinates operations so confirmed reservations are performed with reasonable care and professional standards.

  • Share reservation details with the driver/operations team.
  • Inform the customer about service status and important changes.
  • Organize suitable vehicle and driver availability.

9. Disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may be competent according to applicable monetary thresholds.

10. Effectiveness

This agreement becomes effective electronically when the user confirms the reservation. The text remains published and accessible on the website.
